Attorney’s Fees
Like every plaintiff’s attorney’s office, with little exception, attorney’s fees are based upon a contingent fee. You pay nothing for your attorney until you get a recovery. My office typically pays all the expenses of the case. At the close of the case, King Law Office collects its fee and is paid back the expenses. This is the same at 99% of plaintiff’s offices.
Some offices will charge a “file fee” for paper, ink, and miscellaneous costs. Some offices charge for travel. Some offices charge for postage for single stamp and charge fax fees. King Law Offices does none of this.
King Law is only paid if it obtains money for you. The more you obtain, the more King Law is paid, so the incentive is to maximize the recovery.
For non-contingent type matters, King Law Office’s hour rate is typically $175.00 / hour. This hourly rate is subject to change, based upon the type of matter that is being handled.
Keep in mind, I am not your attorney until we sign a retainer agreement. Please contact me if you have any questions.
